After Different Stories Being Told – Do You Think Olamide Should Be Blamed For Lyta’s Failed Career?

If you asked me to give a mantra for the Nigerian music sphere the I’ll say it’s “Go hard or you go home. It’s so cold out here no one is joking”
In the past 3 years, we have hear series of stories about what played out between Olamide and Lytaand A lot of us already knows who fucked up, where he fucked up and what should have been done.
It has always been said that “artistes signing artistes in this Nigeria Music industry is a scam”.
However, Olamide has proved that saying wrong severely. But there is no way that saying would not mark it’s relevance on some of his endeavors.
Lyta, said in a recent interview that he took the wrong advice and that it caused problems for him in YBNL and ultimately caused him to leave the label.
Although we all know how Olamide does his signings and we know how many artistes have rose from the little priviledge.
The Likes of Adekunle Gold, Lil Kesh, Oxlade, Naira Marley, Bella Shmurda, and so much more were just affiliates and they used the influence coupled with their talent and hustling spirit to boost their careers to make them as big as they currently are.
Why do lazy and untalented artiste blame their failure on their managements? Why do most of them always have too much sense of entitlement?

Just like Lyta, Temmy Owvasa have also always blame her failure in the industry on Olamide which is not supposed to be.
If the likes of Olamide, Kizz Daniel, Wizkid, Burna Boy, and so much more weren’t as hardworking, talented, consistent enough to boost themselves when they left their labels, we would have lesser number of artistes to celebrate today.
Although Talent, alone can’t make you big in Nigeria Industry. Secondly, no matter how good and hardworking you are, your success can never be compressed.
You Might even be the one to lift your label. – Use the likes of Kizz Daniel and G-Worldwide as a case study.
As Successful as Don Jazzy is in this Industry, he has some artistes who have failed under him which is to tell you that a good boss alone is also not enough to get you to your desired level of success.
