Liverpool legend, Graeme Souness, has said that Crystal Palace star, Wilfried Zaha is good enough to play for Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Zaha was linked with a move away from Crystal Palace, specifically to Chelsea, in the summer but signed a new five-year contract once the transfer window shut.
“He is sensational,” Liverpool legend Souness told Sky Sports.
“I can see him playing for Real Madrid, that’s how good he is.
“I think there’s maybe a handful of players, even outside our own league, that have got his kind of ability.
“His change of direction, the balance he’s got is quite unique, and I think that’s why he gets fouled and should get more penalties than he does. I don’t see him as a diver.
“But I think he’s got quite a unique talent and with the utmost respect to Crystal Palace, maybe he has been scarred by the experience at Man United, but he’s ready for a big, big club. The biggest clubs.
“Again with the utmost respect to Palace, if he stays here throughout his career he will end up with no trophies, no medals and say ‘what if?’.
“I think he’s ready now to go, even if it means going outside to the big two in Spain, I think both of them would welcome him with open arms.”
